Independent digital consultancy
Web strategy, content, and implementation, planned together.
Enmedia helps businesses, nonprofits, publishers, and institutions build and improve WordPress websites that work for their audiences and for the people who manage them.
We combine editorial judgment with technical expertise in WordPress, content, accessibility, and search, both traditional and AI-driven. We stay involved from planning and development through ongoing support, where needed.

How we work
Understanding what matters before making changes.
A website’s structure affects how people find information. Its content shapes what they understand and do next. Accessibility influences how people use the site, and search data and analytics show where attention is needed.
That’s why we begin by learning about the organization, its audience, and how the site is managed. From there, the work might involve rebuilding pages, reorganizing information, improving search visibility, or fixing specific technical issues.

Event catering · United States
Coffee Malem
Coffee Malem provides mobile coffee catering for corporate events, weddings, private celebrations, and brand activations across several U.S. markets.
We began by researching the market and competitors to shape the website strategy. We then replaced Coffee Malem’s Wix site with a WordPress site.
Service pages, regional content, and case studies now follow a consistent structure, supported by technical SEO and web analytics. The site has room for new services and markets as the business grows.

Nonprofit · Massachusetts, USA
REquipment
REquipment makes reused durable medical equipment available free of charge across Massachusetts.
Its website serves people looking for equipment, donors, referral partners, and staff, each with different information needs.
We rebuilt the WordPress site to create clearer paths to equipment information, donation procedures, pickup and delivery options, forms, and other resources.
Accessibility informed the information architecture and navigation. The new structure also makes the content easier for the organization to maintain and expand.

Our services
01
Websites & WordPress
We build WordPress websites, restructure existing sites, and manage migrations.
Projects may involve information architecture, integrations, multilingual content, accessibility, and editorial workflows.
02
Content, SEO & GEO
We combine research, writing, and technical SEO with site structure and search analysis, including service and location pages, structured data, and content revisions.
We also consider how AI-driven search systems interpret information, an approach known as generative engine optimization (GEO). We don’t promise AI visibility; GEO is simply part of how we approach search.
03
Website Support & Development
A website keeps evolving after launch.
We help organizations manage WordPress, publish and update content, review search performance, resolve technical issues, and add features.
Support can be ongoing or limited to defined tasks, depending on what the organization needs.
